1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Laser 247 betting exchange and casino platform, operated through sg.laser247.org and its associated mobile applications (“the Platform”). By registering for a Laser 247 account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Laser 247 Platform. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the Laser 247 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Laser 247 strictly prohibits participation by individuals under 18. We may request proof of age verification at any time and reserve the right to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be confirmed.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and gambling activities in the jurisdiction in which you reside. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Laser 247 Platform complies with the laws and regulations of your country, state, or territory.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online betting is prohibited by law and where Laser 247 is explicitly restricted from operating.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order from any betting or gambling platform.
• You must register only one account on the Laser 247 Platform. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

Laser 247 accounts are created via the WhatsApp registration process. By requesting an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify our support team immediately if any information changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Laser 247 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Laser 247 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify our WhatsApp support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one Laser 247 account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, to circumvent bonuses, promotional offers, or account restrictions is strictly prohibited. Laser 247 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, forfeit associated balances, and permanently ban players found to violate this policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your Laser 247 account may be made using supported Indian payment methods including UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, IMPS, NEFT, and Net Banking from major Indian banks. The minimum deposit is ₹100. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Laser 247 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Laser 247 platform. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account in the player’s own name. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for UPI and under 30 minutes for bank transfers. Laser 247 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, as required by our anti-money laundering obligations.

4.3 Bonus Wagering

Deposits made in conjunction with a welcome bonus or other promotional offer are subject to the specific wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is accepted. Players must meet applicable wagering requirements before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Full bonus terms are provided by our WhatsApp support team at the time of account registration and first deposit.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Exchange Betting

The Laser 247 exchange operates as a peer-to-peer betting marketplace. All bets placed on the exchange are matched against other players’ bets. Laser 247 does not take the opposite side of any exchange bet and is not liable for exchange pricing or odds movements. Laser 247 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that technical errors, data feed failures, or fraudulent market activity may have affected the integrity of prices presented to players.

5.2 Market Suspension and Voiding

Laser 247 may suspend betting markets at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: live event circumstances that require market reassessment, technical platform issues, or suspicion of fraudulent activity in the market. Bets placed during a suspended market will be void. Bets on markets that are voided will have stakes returned to players’ account balances in full.

5.3 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or data provider. In the event of a discrepancy between different result sources, Laser 247’s settlement decision is final. Bets are settled as soon as reasonably practicable after the official result is confirmed. Laser 247 reserves the right to delay settlement where result verification is pending.

5.4 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following betting practices are strictly prohibited on the Laser 247 platform and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit by exploiting pricing differences between Laser 247 and other platforms
• Coordinated betting between multiple accounts to manipulate exchange prices or market liquidity
• Use of automated betting bots or software to place bets without manual human input, unless explicitly authorized by Laser 247
• Placing bets with knowledge of insider information regarding match outcomes, player injuries, or other non-public information

6. Casino Games

Casino games available on the Laser 247 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from licensed game providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface. Laser 247 does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot be held responsible for the outcomes of individual casino games sessions.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonus offers and promotional campaigns on the Laser 247 platform are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions that apply to all Laser 247 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and are subject to identity verification at Laser 247’s discretion
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, and payment method
• Laser 247 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with notification provided via the platform or WhatsApp support
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Laser 247 platform — including the Laser 247 name, logo, website design, app interface, and all text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of Laser 247 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Laser 247 content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Laser 247 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits from betting activity, loss of data, or service interruptions. Laser 247’s total liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curacao, where Laser 247 is licensed under the Curacao eGaming Commission. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Laser 247 Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Curacao courts.
